- Level 3 In-Game.
- 12 playing hours.
- Skype with an working Microphone.
- Valid driving license.
-  Not more then 15 crimes.
- Not more then 3 adminjails/adminfines.
- High level RolePlay.

Refusing to have these requirements will lead to a instantly DENY on your application. You may also get FactioBanned or even get blacklisted from the Faction.
